Florida State Telemarketing Guide
In 2021, Florida passed a new law that overhauled the state’s existing telemarketing regulations. This new bill, CS/SB 1120, transformed Florida’s two telemarketing laws, the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, from fairly standard, state-level Do Not Call (DNC) list regulations into something akin to a mini-Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
